High Quality and Cost Effective Induction for Newly Qualified Teachers

Astra offers a friendly, efficient and cost effective service for NQT Induction.  Our rates are competitively set at only £225 per NQT, and includes online training on NQT Manager  to record NQTs' progress, access forms, information and to submit reports.  

Our induction programme is supported by experienced school-based NQT Induction Co-ordinators and goes beyond the minimum statutory requirements to provide outstanding professional development and networking opportunities to the next generation of teachers.  We offer a comprehensive support package which includes a needs assessment visit in the event of an NQT requiring additional support.

For 2019/20 we will also be offering an NQT Twilight CPD programme to supprt NQTs in their professional learning. Please see here for further details.
