St Joseph's Catholic Primary School

At St Joseph’s, we are proud to provide a well-rounded, high-quality education for all children; underpinned and guided by our faith in Christ and Catholic values of loving neighbour and self, community and truth.
Our aim is to provide all children with a rich, varied curriculum designed to meet their individual needs, enabling all to reach their full potential spiritually, morally, socially as well as academically, in a safe and secure environment. We are committed to working closely with our families and parishes not only to provide the very best for our children's learning, but to also help our young people make sense of their faith and their relationships with God and each other.
Our Catholic faith is not only taught but a lived experience and this is reflected in the way in which all members of the community treat each other. We place great importance on relationships and positive behaviour, encouraging respect, co-operation and consideration. Central to success is partnership with parents and we welcome and encourage parental and family involvement in the life of the school.
We are committed to the development of the whole child and therefore have high expectations of all. Everything we do, even the smallest action, takes place in a culture of mutual support and encouragement, which enables all to meet their full potential academically, spiritually, emotionally, culturally and socially.
