Recruitment events

Throughout the academic year, Astra SCITT holds regular information events where you can come along to find out more about the different routes into teaching and chat to current teacher trainees to gain further insight into your potential new career.

In 2024-2025, we'll be hosting three open events which are open to those who are interested in primary, secondary or special education:

We'll also be attending Get Into Teaching events locally in Buckinghamshire, including on 9 November in Aylesbury and 8 February in High Wycombe. We'll also be at regional events in London in November, March and June.

Along with other local teacher training providers, we are also to be found at careers fairs at many of our local partner schools.

Our programme of open events for the following academic year will be published in July.
